Job Description

• Actively collaborate with the Sales & Marketing department, and be willing to communicate with Clients in person as needed
• Effectively transfer the message from Clients to the Creative & Production Team to ensure that all parties reach an agreement on how to achieve positive results and drive the performance of SKENA.
• Provide helpful feedback to strategy, and generate inspiring ideas in order to create even more high-quality works.
• Coordinate and manage creative resources reasonably to improve both effectiveness and efficiency.
• Review works monthly and quarterly, and report to Managing Director.
• Be passionate about innovative ideas, and encourage others to generate different ideas.
• Take responsibility and keep commitments when facing huge challenges or mistakes.
• Provide different possible solutions to broaden horizons and achieve goals. Have cost management skills, and ensure that creative ideas can be executed.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design or any related fields
• At least 3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, design, media, or other related fields.
• Have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your creative abilities and understanding of design principles.
• Experienced in leading a team of creative professionals.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, oral and written.
• Able to clearly articulate their vision and ideas to both their team and clients.
• Able to think strategically and come up with creative solutions to challenges.
• Have strong project management skills: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to create effective and relevant work.
